This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA.
Categories of personal information we collect
We may collect: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address); professional or employment-related information (company, job title); commercial information (services considered or used); internet or network activity (usage on our site); and inferences drawn from the above. We collect this from you directly, from your use of our site and services, and from service providers who assist us.
Purposes
We use this information to provide and improve our services, process requests and assessments, communicate with you, secure our systems, comply with law, and for other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclosure and “sale” / “share”
We may disclose personal information to service providers (e.g. hosting, email, analytics) under contract. We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA. We do not “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
Your California rights
You may have the right to: know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; delete your personal information; correct inaccuracies; limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To submit a request, contact us at hi@domainhq.io or use any designated request mechanism we provide. We will verify your identity and respond as required by law. You may designate an authorized agent; we may require proof of authorization.
Do not sell or share my personal information
We do not sell or share personal information as defined under the CCPA, so there is no need to opt out. If our practices change, we will update this notice and provide a clear “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link where required.
