DomainHQ aims to deliver value through our assessments and subscription services. Please read this policy carefully. We do not offer refunds. By using our paid services, you acknowledge and accept this.

Free audit before you commit

Before you use our paid services, we provide a free audit so that you can understand what to expect from us. This allows you to evaluate our approach, deliverables, and fit for your needs before any payment. We encourage you to take advantage of this so you can make an informed decision.

No refunds

All fees paid for DomainHQ plans (e.g. Premium, PRO, Enterprise) or one-time paid services are non-refundable. This applies whether or not you have used the services. We do not issue refunds for partial periods, cancelled subscriptions, or change of mind. Exceptions may apply only where required by applicable law.

Our track record

To date, we have not faced any situation where a customer has asked for a refund. We attribute this to the clarity of our free audit, the quality of our delivery, and the expectations we set upfront. We are committed to maintaining this standard.

Disputes and chargebacks

We ask that any concerns be raised with us first at hi@domainhq.io. Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of services and may be pursued to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Your continued use of our services after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy unless your contract states otherwise.
