DomainHQ helps enterprises safeguard their domain portfolios and DNS infrastructure from abuse, impersonation, and cyber threats. We combine continuous domain and DNS monitoring, threat intelligence, rapid takedown support, defensive registration guidance, and expert-led analysis so organizations can detect, prioritize, and eliminate domain-based risks before they cause harm. Our platform covers the full spectrum: from phishing and brand impersonation detection to evidence generation, compliance and audit support, and M&A due diligence on domain assets.
We are focused primarily on serving Indian clients. DomainHQ is the first company of its kind in India to offer domain and DNS protection at this platform level: enterprise-grade monitoring, evidence and enforcement workflows, and human-led oversight that meet the needs of Indian enterprises and their global footprint.
Our team brings together deep experience in domain names and the DNS ecosystem, cybersecurity, deep technology, and AI. We are builders and practitioners, not just vendors, and we bring that same enthusiasm and rigor to every client engagement. The company was founded by someone with more than two decades of experience in domain name and DNS technology, internet governance, and digital risk. That depth is what allows us to deliver a platform that is both innovative and customer-centric.
Before DomainHQ, the founder ran Domain Khan, a domain portfolio management firm started in 2015 that offered domain portfolio management, acquisition, and brokerage. In 2025, he launched DomainHQ as a dedicated domain abuse and protection platform, combining that experience with a full-service offering for enterprises: threat detection, evidence, enforcement, and expert-led oversight.

Founder & CEO
Jay Paudyal is the founder and strategic mind behind DomainHQ. He has 28 years of extensive experience in the domain name ecosystem, having been active in this space since 1998. His expertise spans Domain Name System (DNS), DNS abuse prevention, internet governance, the registry & registrar ecosystem, brand & domain name consulting, and digital risk consulting.

- Three-time ICANN Fellow (2017, Abu Dhabi; 2018, Panama City; 2019, Marrakech), selected for the competitive Fellowship program that supports participation in ICANN's global multistakeholder meetings and policy work
- Member of the Neo-Brahmi Generation Panel (NBGP), formed by ICANN to develop Label Generation Rules (LGR) for Brahmi-derived scripts supporting IDN TLDs in the root zone
- Member of APRALO (Asian, Australasian and Pacific Islands Regional At-Large Organization), one of ICANN’s five regional At-Large bodies that represent Internet end-users in the Asia Pacific and channel regional input into ICANN policy and governance
