These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DomainHQ website, platform, and related services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

Orders and agreements

DomainHQ and its licensors own all rights in the Services, including software, content, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services as provided. You do not acquire any ownership rights.

Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information and use it only for the purpose of performing under these Terms or an applicable agreement. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly known or independently developed without use of the other party’s confidential information.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Services are provided “as is.” Our Disclaimer applies and is incorporated by reference. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for breach of these Terms or for any reason with notice where required. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. confidentiality, limitation of liability) will survive termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, except where prohibited by mandatory law.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated by email where we have your contact details.
