Pricing Policy

This policy describes how DomainHQ prices its services, including plans, regional pricing, and how we communicate pricing changes. For specific prices and plan features, see our Plans & Pricing or contact sales.

Plans and offerings

We offer tiered plans (e.g. Premium, PRO, Enterprise) and custom engagements. Plan features, scope, and pricing are described on our website and in proposal or order documents. Pricing may be quoted in the currency agreed with you (e.g. INR, USD) and may be subject to applicable taxes.

Global and emerging market pricing

We may offer different pricing for organizations headquartered in certain regions or countries (“emerging market pricing”) to make domain protection more accessible. Eligibility for such pricing is determined by us and may be set out on our plans page or in your proposal. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to adjust or discontinue regional pricing with reasonable notice where appropriate.

Custom and enterprise

Enterprise and custom engagements are priced based on scope, number of domains or brands, and level of service. Quotes and statements of work (SOW) will specify the price, payment terms, and what is included. Those documents govern for that engagement.

Free assessment

Our initial risk assessment is offered free. There is no obligation to purchase a plan after the assessment. No payment is required to request or receive the assessment.

Price changes

We may change list prices or plan pricing from time to time. For existing subscribers, we will apply price changes in accordance with your agreement. Where we do not have a fixed-term agreement, we will give reasonable notice of any increase before it takes effect. New customers will see current pricing on our website or in their quote.

Quotes and validity

Quotes we send are typically valid for a stated period (e.g. 30 days). After that, we may revise pricing. Once you have accepted a quote or signed an order, the agreed price applies for the term specified in that order unless otherwise stated.
