Senior Security Analyst
Review and validate domain abuse alerts, perform threat analysis, and support client escalations. Experience in DNS abuse, phishing detection, or brand protection preferred.
Security Analyst
Validate alerts, triage domain abuse findings, and assist in evidence collection for takedowns. Strong attention to detail and interest in domain security.
Threat Intelligence Researcher
Track emerging domain abuse patterns, threat actor tactics, and new attack vectors. Contribute to our threat intelligence and detection rules.
Threat Researcher
Research typosquatting, IDN abuse, and DNS abuse trends. Support the team with actionable intelligence and documentation.
Domain Abuse Analyst
Analyze abusive domains, WHOIS/DNS data, and registrar-registry relationships. Help clients understand and respond to domain-based threats.
Domain Specialist
Work with DNS infrastructure, domain registration systems, and TLD/ccTLD data. Support monitoring and escalation workflows.
Customer Success Manager
Onboard clients, ensure adoption of the platform, and maintain ongoing communication. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Senior Customer Success Manager
Lead customer success for key enterprise accounts. Drive retention, expansion, and satisfaction through strategic engagement and reporting.
Account Manager
Manage invoicing, contracts, renewals, and account administration. Ensure smooth engagement and compliance with client agreements.
Billing & Operations Associate
Support billing, subscription management, and internal operations. Coordinate with finance and delivery teams.
Business Development Manager
Identify and pursue enterprise opportunities, build relationships with CISOs and security leaders, and support the sales pipeline.
Senior Business Development Manager (Enterprise)
Lead enterprise sales and strategic accounts. Experience selling to security, compliance, or risk stakeholders preferred.
Operations & Delivery Lead
Ensure client deliverables, SLAs, and monitoring run smoothly. Own operational excellence and escalation paths.
DevOps Engineer
Build and maintain infrastructure, CI/CD, and monitoring. Support the platform for reliability and scale.
Software Engineer (Full Stack)
Develop and maintain platform features, APIs, and internal tools. Work with React, Node, and cloud services.
Backend Engineer
Design and implement backend services for domain monitoring, threat intelligence, and evidence collection.
Product / Platform Engineer
Work on platform capabilities, data pipelines, and integration with external data sources and APIs.
Policy & Compliance Analyst
Support compliance reporting, regulatory mapping, and policy frameworks related to domain security and DNS abuse.
Content & Marketing Associate
Create content for website, resources, and campaigns. Support SEO, thought leadership, and demand generation for enterprise security buyers.
